POLICIES

We understand that last minute changes to your appointment can happen or you do not feel comfortable getting serviced on your monthly cycle but we have POLICIES set in place in order to prevent misunderstandings. Once filling out the New Client Consultation Form, you are confirming that you have read & respect our POLICIES set in place.  


When Booking:

In order to schedule your appointment, you will be required to provide a card to keep on file. The card will not be charged, it's simply to hold your appointment. In the care a "no call/no show" then you will be charged. By keeping your card on file you are agreeing to the cancellation & scheduling POLICIES. 



Arrival to Appointment:

You are asked to TEXT 414-736-8969 to be let into the building. All clients are given a 10 minute grace period. Any client arriving after their 10 minute grace period risks their appointment being cancelled. Cancellation/Rescheduling fee may apply. 


Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at 24 HOURS before you appointment. Failure to comply, will result in the card on file being charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). amount. No exceptions. 


No-Show Policy:

You will be charged 50% of the appointment total. If you NO SHOW for a second time you will be black listed (not able to book with us again). If the card on file is declined too, you will not be able to book another appointment with us until the charged amount is paid IN FULL.


Extra Guest Policy:

There's limited space for sitting. Only one seat is provided in the Waiting Room meanwhile the appointment is taking place. Please be mindful for little ones who need extra care. This appointment time is for yourself to relax, but we totally understand that little ones may need to tag along. We are more than willing to accommodate to your needs. 


Restroom Use:

There is a private restroom in the studio space. The restroom will be stocked for all your personal needs. We ask to respect the space as if it would be your own. 


Waitlist:

You have the option on adding yourself to the Waitlist. Please provide clear dates/times you are looking to Book. We will do our best to reach out via text within 24-48 hours with an update. 


Payments:

We accept most cards. A 3.5% convenience fee will be charged. 

If you prefer to pay in cash PLEASE bring exact cash payment. We do not always have change. Tipping is ALWAYS appreciated but is not required. Tipping when using a card can be done when finishing you card payment. Cash tips are also accepted
